Four States Fair and Rodeo

Mark your calendars: the 78th annual Four States Fair and Rodeo will be back in town from March 31 through April 9, 2023! We’re so excited about everything it brings to Texarkana, Arkansas, but there are three things we really can’t wait for: the food, the fun, and the Four States Rodeo.

This year’s theme is “Mad About the Fair,” but we hope waiting for March 31 to get here doesn’t drive you crazy. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can look forward to.

The Food
If you’re anything like us, your favorite part of the fair is the delicious food. From classic offerings like caramel apples and corn dogs to fun foods like elephant ears and fried Oreos, we hope you find something at the fair to satisfy your taste buds.

If fair food isn’t your thing, there are plenty of great local restaurants to try in Texarkana, Arkansas. Our food scene offers everything from award-winning BBQ to gourmet Italian cuisine. See a full list of restaurants here.

The Fun
From carnival games to beloved special events, the 2023 fair promises plenty of fun. The AAMP Motorsports Monster Mash is back at the fair again this year, and it’s the main event for opening day. Tickets range from $15 for child general admission, $20 for adult general admission, and $25 for box seats. Children three and under get free admission, and you can buy your tickets here.

If you miss the Monster Mash, you can always catch the Demolition Derby on Saturday, April 1. Ticket prices are the same as the Monster Mash, and you can learn more here.

The Four States Rodeo
The Four States Rodeo will close out the last weekend of the fair, running from April 6-8 with different events each night. Ticket prices range from $15-$25, and the rodeo will start at 6:30pm each night. Tickets are on sale for all three nights, so saddle up and get ready for a good time!
