Urban Camp Weekend is celebrating its 20th camp during Juneteenth 2023... it's the big one!

Welcome to the largest camping event in the world! Whether you’re looking to relax, network, make new friends or just mingle with other like-minded professionals, Urban Camp Weekend is for you.

Picture your friends and you at a house party or BBQ…now add a tent, floating the river, some games, food, sand volleyball, a DJ, surprise events, additional outdoor recreational activities, AN OPEN BAR and you have now successfully envisioned the best camping experience yet. Early sign-up and arrival is strongly encouraged… Due to capacity limitations, the price will increase periodically, so we recommend paying early.

FRIDAY JUNE 16TH, 2023

9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Arrive! Pull up to the front guard booth and give them your name… Set up your tent…help your neighbor set up their tent too… (teamwork makes the dream work) All tickets must be purchased online; no payments are accepted at camp or at registration.
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm –  Field Games (main camping area)
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm –  Meet and Greet and Happiest Hour! (main camping area)
8:30 pm – 10:30 pm – Movie Night and Karaoke on the 45ft screen! (main camping area)
11:00 pm – 3:00 am – Theme Party (main camping area)
3:00 am – until – Sleep! (Sip your tea, and go to bed!)

SATURDAY JUNE 17TH, 2023

9:00 am – 10:00 am (Stage Area)– Fitness. We are not only changing our bodies but changing our lifestyles as well. Come get active!
10:30 am – 11:15 am – Yoga – Share a relaxing and gentle Yoga flow with fellow campers. Beginners are encouraged!
10:00 am – 11:00 am – Registration
11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Camp Mimosas with Bacardi!
11:30 am – 6:30 pm Camp Water Olympics! (Water Slides and games)
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Camp Field Games (main camping area)
8:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Mental Health Discussion
9:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Live Music / Open Mic / Comedy Show (main camping area)
11:00 pm – 3:00 am – The Glow Party and Open Bar! (main camping area)
3:00 am – until – Sleep! (Sip your tea, and go to bed!)

SUNDAY JUNE 18TH, 2023

8:00 am – 11:00 am – Chill for a little bit… and check out by 11 am.
