Wind River Rally

The Wind River Rally vanlife and overlanding gathering from The Journal of Lost Time, and will be held in Hudson, Wyoming in beautiful Wind River country Wyoming on June 15th - 19th, 2023. Gates open at 3 PM!

Located in Hudson in Wyoming’s Wind River Country on the east side of the Wind River Range, the Wind River Rally features rolling green hills set against snow-capped granite peaks in the heart of the real West.

Welcome! Your $80~ ticket/donation guarantees your spot at the Wind River Rally and admission for one person. Additional general addmision tickets can be purchased for $20. Individuals / small brands looking to sell at the event can purchase a Vendor ticket for $100. All attendees must have a ticket.

Spots are limited with a total of 350 spots-
There will be plenty of room for you to come and go during the event.
There are no on-site amenities or services *other than Portos*. You must bring your own food and water.
There is cell service

This is an event that is woven throughout the Wind River Area. Please be respectful and follow the golden rule: treat others how you would like to be treated.
The purchasing a ticket you hereby become an event Participant and you agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with their participation in the Event. The Participant agrees to HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, DEFEND, AND INDEMNIFY Granite & Light LLC, The City of Hudson, Wyoming, The City of Riverton, Wyoming, The Hamilton Family & other property owners on which the Event is held, the Event sponsors, the owners, operators, contractors, and employees of said companies, and their affiliated organizations and companies, insurance carriers, parents, agents, representatives, assignees, officers, and directors (each hereinafter a "Released Party") for ANY AND ALL LIABILITY and claims for any and all injuries or death to persons or damage to property arising from the Participant’s participation in the Event, including those claims based on any Released Party’s alleged or actual NEGLIGENCE or breach of any express or implied WARRANTY. In the case of a minor participant, the minor participant’s parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they are also agreeing to this Liability Waiver on behalf of the minor participant and that the minor participant shall be bound by all the terms of this agreement.

Participating in any Event activity or the activities listed in the "Things to Do" section of windriverrally.com can be dangerous and could result in damages to your person or property. You participate in the Event at your own risk. Participant understands and acknowledges that they have been informed and understand all Event rules and regulations, and agrees to comply with Event security and staff at all times.
